Hailing from Jakarta, Negatifa is a high-octane hardcore punk and powerviolence outfit. Although a relatively new name, they are often described as a “supergroup” of sorts, featuring seasoned veterans from the Indonesian underground scene.

On May 2025, they launched their self-titled debut mini-album via Grimloc Records. The record serves as a concentrated blast of energy, featuring 11 tracks that clock in at a total of just 11 minutes. Negatifa’s music is characterized by its extreme speed, brevity, and aggression. Their sound is a volatile mix of rapid-fire blast beats inspired by grindcore.

Since their debut, Negatifa has become a powerhouse on the live circuit. They are now expanding internationally, and are currently gearing up for their “Violence Across Japan Tour 2026.” To support their tour, we have released a t-shirt that will be available exclusively at our webstore and in-store.
